Much as I'm loathe to quote the Enterprise theme song, it's been a long road. It still doesn't fully feel real to me that I'm done with this project; as I write this, I still have to link it to various sites, so I can't even feel like I'm done for the day, much less finished entirely. I'm sure it'll sink in tomorrow when I don't have to post an entry.
Anyway, my thoughts now that it's all mostly said and done. I did enjoy myself for the most part. It's fun to revisit old favorites (and rekindle old crushes), even if looking at the shows with a critical eye can make them somewhat less impressive than I remembered them being. A project like this, however, is a massive time commitment; watching the episode takes about an hour, and it can take another hour or two to write down all my thoughts on it. While I don't regret doing this project, if asked to do it again knowing what I know now, I would probably say no. Or at least only do it for one show.
Which leads into the question of if I'd recommend others do something similar. I'd certainly recommend trying out the method of only watching one episode a day; it has all of the anticipation of waiting a week between shows while also keeping events fresh in your mind. As for blogging about it; that's up to you. Writing down your thoughts can help you notice things you might not notice if you were just passively watching, but as I said, it eats up a lot of time. I suppose I'd suggest doing it if there's a show you're really passionate about and want to examine in greater detail and/or share with others. Though beware; having to come up with things to say day after day will make you very aware of some of your writing quirks. Such as constantly using ellipses...
Once again, thank you to everyone who visited this blog. Even if you didn't leave a comment, I appreciate you just clicking the link and checking it out. I'll be happy if I succeeded in convincing someone to check out one or more of these shows (though I'm particularly happy if I convinced anyone to give Enterprise a try; the other three are generally well regarded, while that show needs all the help it can get); that was part of the point for sharing it with the internet, after all. As I said in my last review, this blog won't be going anywhere unless Blogger or the internet takes it down, so feel free to stop by and read/reread whenever the mood strikes you. I'll check occasionally for comments, but I probably won't be posting here again. I already have 368 posts instead of 366 thanks to the introductory and concluding posts; I don't want to stretch that number out too much more.
I leave you now with larger versions of the pictures I used as user icons throughout the project. Enjoy, and maybe I'll see you around on the internet.

Day 344: Enterprise, Zero Hour
Show: Star Trek; Enterprise
Episode
Particulars: S3EP24, “Zero Hour”
Note: According to Wikipedia, declining audience numbers
and difficulties with the studio led to Season Three only having twenty-four
episodes instead of the usual twenty-six. The same thing happened to Season
Four, only it was slightly worse there. Though I’ll cover that once we reach
that point.

Day 341: Enterprise, E2
Show: Star Trek; Enterprise
Episode
Particulars: S3EP21, "E2"
Note: The episode title is actually written with the two as a variable (in other words, "E squared"), but I can't get the equation to appear properly in the review. Just wanted to make sure I represented the title accurately

Day 334: Enterprise, Stratagem
Show: Star Trek; Enterprise
Episode
Particulars: S3EP14, “Stratagem”
Note: I’m doing something extremely unorthodox this time
around and just labeling this entire review, including the summary, a SPOILER review. It probably isn’t
necessary—particularly trope savvy people will figure out the direction the
episode’s going by the eight minute mark—but those who would rather discover
things as they unfold deserve the chance to find things out for themselves. For
those of you who won’t be continuing this review, see you in the next one.
